Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

To secure your reservation, a deposit is required. The remaining balance, if applicable, is due as specified in your booking confirmation. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit payment is successfully processed.

2. Cancellation Policy

Full refund of deposit within 48 hours of booking, if check-in is at least 48 hours away.

Cancel up to 2 months before check-in for a full refund of the deposit.

No-shows: deposit is retained.

Changes to your reservation are subject to availability.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in and check-out times are provided in your booking confirmation. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may incur an extra fee.

4. House Rules

Guests agree to respect the property, neighbors, and house rules.

Parties, events, or excessive noise are not permitted unless pre-approved.

Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments unless otherwise stated.

5. Damage & Security

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Additional charges may apply for damages or extra cleaning.

6. Occupancy

Only registered guests listed on the booking may stay overnight. Exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in cancellation without a refund.

7. Liability

The host is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Guests stay at their own risk and are encouraged to secure travel insurance.

8. Host’s Right to Cancel

The host may cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, guests will receive a full refund of the deposit.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a booking, guests confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
